I'm a coach. And I guarantee my work.
Hello, I’m Sharon.
I’m a Leadership and Career coach dedicated to technology professionals who want to love their work and feel energized when their feet hit the floor in the morning.
- You feel overwhelmed and in the weeds, sometimes lacking energy and drive.
- You know what to do, but things are moving so fast you can barely keep up.
- You feel stuck and find it hard to keep your head above the water.
- You are concerned you won’t reach your full potential.
Something needs to change.
My clients are leaders who face crazy, high-speed days filled with uncertainty. They show up every day not always sure they are heading in the right direction.
My clients want to be the leader everyone loves to work for. The leader they wish they had. They are willing to be open and do the work it takes to be that leader.
Through coaching, my clients push through obstacles and see what they are truly capable of.
My clients are recent college graduates who are looking for a career path they love.
If you desire to grow – to play full out – let’s talk. There is no obligation. Let’s get to know each other and determine if coaching is the best next step for you.
My coaching approach draws on over 20 years experience in human resources and operational leadership roles for organizations of various sizes and sectors in Silicon Valley – tech and biotech. I have the ability to understand people, what drives them and the roadblocks and gaps that stand in their way. I also have deep research and certifications in Co-Active Coaching, Designing Your Life, Coaching from the Inside Out, Leadership Circle™, Leadership Culture Survey™, Playing Big, and Immunity to Change.
I have worked in large public companies – Oracle, Adobe, Genentech and Yahoo!; and other high-tech startup companies in Silicon Valley. More recently, I have leveraged my leadership expertise as Managing Director of a non-profit educational organization.
I am a CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) through Coaches Training Institute and certified through ICF (International Coaches Federation) as a PCC. I am held to the highest standards of ethics and guidelines of ICF.
When I’m not coaching, I enjoy spending time with my husband (a technology attorney) and my kids, working out, taking classes, traveling, reading (I’m a book addict), being active, doing anything on, in or near the water, including paddleboard racing!
